Palo Verde
Palo Verde Apartments one of three Graduate and Family Housing communities. The community houses mainly graduate, medical, and law students, plus a smaller number of undergraduates over the age of 25 or with families. Residents hold annual agreements (ending June 30) that may be renewed pending eligibility requirements.
Verano Place
Verano Place Apartments is one of three Graduate and Family Housing communities. Verano Place houses mainly graduate, law, and medical students, and a limited number of undergraduates over the age of 25 or with families.
